You've tried AI. Now put it to work.

Most people open an AI tool, ask a few questions, and close the tab. In two hours we'll break down the complexity into plain steps, get AI writing and talking in your voice, and start handing it the repetitive tasks that eat your week. No jargon, no theory dump — just build time with someone who does this daily.

Save time
Eliminate repetitive tasks
Focus on what matters most

Five things you'll walk out with

Get AI talking like you

Teach it your voice and your standards so what comes out sounds like you wrote it, not a robot.

Break down the complexity

Plain-English explanations of the parts that feel intimidating, so you always know what to do next.

Start saving hours

Spot the repetitive tasks eating your week and hand the first ones off before you leave the room.

Simple tools you'll keep using

A short, practical toolkit you can confidently operate on Monday morning — no tech background required.

Confidence, not overwhelm

Leave with a clear next step and momentum, not a list of buzzwords.

Questions, answered

Where do I even start with AI?

Right here. Most attendees feel the same way: curious but overwhelmed by tools and buzzwords. This workshop strips away the noise and gives you one clear, practical first step you can use the same day.

Do I need to be technical to use AI?

No. You do not need to code, hire a tech team, or have an IT background. If you can use email and a web browser, you have the skills needed for this workshop.

Do I need any AI experience?

No. We start from where you are. If you've never used AI — or you've only chatted with it — you're exactly who this workshop is for.

Which AI tool will I use?

We build with the free version of ChatGPT because it is the most accessible starting point for real estate and small business tasks. You will also learn how to judge which tool fits a given job.

Is it safe to put client data into AI?

We cover the basics of privacy and safe inputs so you can protect clients and stay compliant. You will learn what to share, what not to share, and how to get useful results either way.

Do I have to bring a device?

Yes. A laptop is strongly recommended (a tablet works). This is a build-along session, so you'll be working in your own accounts.

What about parking?

Free parking is available in the Ever'man Educational Center lot. Arrive by 9:30 AM for check-in so you have time to park and get set up.

Is food or coffee provided?

Yes — refreshments and coffee are provided courtesy of Achosa Home Warranty. The session ends at noon, so plan lunch afterward.

What does a ticket cost?

$10 for members, $25 for guests. Current member and non-member pricing is shown in the registration form below. Seating is limited, so pricing tiers may sell out.

What is the refund policy?

Registrations are transferable to another attendee at any time. For refund requests, email wcrpensacola@gmail.com at least 48 hours before the event.
